Understanding the challenge
How can we help employees make sense of complex Total Rewards information — dense content delivered across digital and print channels — and actually see the value in it?
As a Senior Designer, I drove key design initiatives that put 2.1 million employees around the world at the center, simplifying communications and making them more engaging across channels. The goal was clearer understanding and higher participation in the Open Enrollment campaign.

Creative solution transformed complex benefits information into a visual system that employees could easily connect with in their daily lives. My role focused on developing the core design foundations, including the icon system, illustration library, and a flexible set of communication templates used across both digital and print. By reframing benefits as immediate and practical value, our team made the content easier for employees to understand and act on.
